14.1 hh, stunning mare for sad sale. Genuine reason for sale as owner has a broken foot with long term prognosis not great. This mare is too nice to be sat in a field without a job to do. She is a really lovely mare and not mareish at all. Good to handle, with vet and farrier. She is passported, micro chipped and up to date with vaccinations. Beautiful 14'2h 12 year old welsh section D for sale

This mare is great to catch, shoe, load and has been hacked out in the heaviest of traffic passing busses, lorries, tractors with nothing phasing her. She is an ideal horse for confident novice and has been ridden by children on and off lead rein. She is a very stunning mare and not strong at all. She is shod on all 4 feet however when I bought her, her previous owner had said she had an infection in her tendon though I have had no problems with her in the time that I have owned her but I have only used her for hacking. I have never jumped her. I am selling her as I would something more chunkier and weight carrying. With a very heavy heart I am writing this. I have decided to come to the heart breaking decision to sell my lovely 6 Year old welsh section D gelding, Thunder. Thunder is good to load, catch and with the farrier. Last year he was lightly broken taking it all in his stride, I turned him away for the winter but due to work commitments and moving house I no longer have the time he needs to bring him back into work. He has such a lovely character and always willing to please. He is perfect to lunge and I have started to sit on him in the stable and he is fine so wouldn't take much to get him going again. We have hunted, shown, show jumped, dressage, hacked and taken part in fun rides. He is a true competition pony in the making, he has the presence and desire to win, but he is also a complete saint out hacking on his own or in company. He will live in or out and is extremely low maintenance. Q is a fantastic ride out hunting, he will stand in-between lines walk on the buckle in-between lines, great with the hounds and will also walk and be held back to do gates ect. 14hh Bay Gelding 18 Year Old Pony For Sale in Colchester

Our adorable pony is well schooled, has great paces is easy to ride and is for sale due to being outgrown by my daughter. He has many years left in him and looks amazing. He really is up for anything, he is excellent in the heaviest of traffic including lorries, double deckers, combine harvesters, skip lorries etc. He hacks alone perfectly either by himself or with company, he competes regularly and does well in Working Hunter Classes, Showing, Xcountry, Showjumping, Dressage, Hunter trials, Long Distant rides, ODE and has been attending PC for the last three years including rallies and 4 day camp and area dressage. Currently jumping any height up to 2'6" maximum. Happy to go through water. Happy to be first or last. He will stand tied up to a trailor all day or can be happily left inside a trailor at shows. He always does well at shows and in the ribbons. Happy to be ridden bareback. He is excellent to catch, trim, pulling mane, bath, lunge, load, clip, worm, farrier and is up to date with worming, teeth, vaccinations and back. He does not barge and is happy to be sprayed with flyspray etc. Lives in or out alone or in company with mares or geldings. Happy to be in a stable on straw or shavings. Happy to have dry or wet hay. He has front shoes on every 5-6 weeks to keep his toes short. Has not lost a shoe since we have owned him. Excellent with electric fencing. He does not particularly like his girth being done up but if you speak to him before you do it he is usually fine. Brilliant with sheep chickens dogs etc. He is looking for a confident lightweight adult / child / teenager to enjoy his fun loving, cheeky character. I have also ridden him but I am too heavy. I am 5'6" and easily suits my height as he is a hunter type. His breeding is unknown. He can be a novice ride on the lead rein as my Daughter started off on the lead rein with him but would not suit a total novice off the read rein as he can be a bit cheeky and put in the odd titchy little buck which is easy to sit and not nasty in anyway (he would not do this with an adult or teenager). He is very happy to adapt to the level of any rider. He has been part of our life for 3 years and the previous owner for 10years (we still keep in contact with them). Have loads of photos and videos. I am genuinely an honest person and keep in contact with our last pony that we sold three years ago and would like to do the same with whoever buys our lovely Brambles. He comes with a very good quality snaffle bridle, saddle, rugs etc. He has slight arthritis in his near fore foot but does not normally need any treatment and this does not affect him. He would also be perfect for a mother / daughter share or an adult who wants to have fun hacking and having a go at anything as he can carry up to stone. Gladiator is a clever and attractive pony who could do any job. He has been in work for approx. 18 months, in which time he has proved himself to be safe, bold, quick to learn and useful. He loves to jump and is a safe hack, and has been ridden by all members of the family from 6 years old up to adults. He would be a quiet lead-rein pony for an older child, but is talented enough to be so much more. He has been to pony club camp and shown himself to have excellent flatwork and jumping. He has played polo, swum in the river with a rider on board, and is bold at everything he has been asked to do. He has hunted both with a child on and off the lead rein, and with a light adult. He has even carried a sidesaddle with both adult and child riders, and was totally unbothered.
