I have come to the heartbreaking decision to sell my 13.2hh coloured gelding cob. Bruce is 9years old and is very good on the ground,load,travel and for the farrier. He is for sale due to lack of time, I have owned Bruce for 4 years he was broken to drive when I brought him but he hasn't been driven since I have owned him. I broke Bruce to ride when I first got him and was ridden in the school and out hacking and showed to be very bombproof, due to me getting my bigger horses I have just used Bruce as a companion. I honestly don't think it would take much to get him back in to work and enjoying going out for hacks again as he is very willing to please. He lunges lovely and is very good with voice commands. Whiskey-Man, coloured gelding. It is a heart breaking decision but have to find a new home for my boy as I am struggling to find time for him which is sad as he has so much potential. He stands 13.3hh to make 14.2hh+, is microchipped, wormed, passported, vaccs. Was broken to drive as a 2 year old, driven round local villages, which he took to and loved, then turned away. Backed and broken to ride recently, doing light hacking in walk and trot. He passes anything including all traffic (lorries, buses, etc...). Has been hacked out in high winds, with or without company and been desensitized to various objects where he's very good, just stands. Can be strong when ridden but will probably get better when worked more. Only ever done hacking as is unsure riding in my field. He's brilliant to lead, lunge, long rein, bath, farrier, groom. Used to dogs, children, other horses, one of the quietest horses I know for his age. Very green so needs experienced person to carry on his training. Sold from field. More pics available.
