very sad sale of our beautiful family cob. Ride and drive gelding. Topper is 13.1hh and is 13years old. Chunky lad with feather and lots of mane n tail. Topper knows his job driving. can drive down the busiest heavest roads with no problems. will drive on own or in company. done driving trials with 4 wheel buggy in previous home and pulled 2 wheeled trap with us.. Also in the time we've owned him hes been ridden by all members of the family including novice children n grandma. Hes attended local shows in inhand with one of my novice children. done handy pony which he is total unflappable. This summer he joined the local carnvival prade with big bands n loads of noise again with no problems.. I can not fault this lad. For sale. Sadly I've lost my job and now weaned my mare and foal and can't afford to keep 3. This boy was rescued by my friend and then 2 weeks later I took him on along with another. They were very poor, bad feet, unhandled and only 4 months old. I've worked so hard to make him the pony he is today and I'm very proud of him. Ralph. Markings to die for. Two blue eyes. Was bought really as a rescue as he wasn't in a good way. He has now been bought back up to weight. He has been hogged as had mud fever which has nearly gone. Up to date with farrier. Out hacking is bombproof with company. Haven't really tried him on his own but have walked him on roads and he was fine. Very green in the school and has popped a few small jumps. His bad points are that he's not so good with having his feet picked up and does like to rear although has never done this whilst riding. Would suit somebody with the time to re start his education.
