Ralph. Markings to die for. Two blue eyes. Was bought really as a rescue as he wasn't in a good way. He has now been bought back up to weight. He has been hogged as had mud fever which has nearly gone. Up to date with farrier. Out hacking is bombproof with company. Haven't really tried him on his own but have walked him on roads and he was fine. Very green in the school and has popped a few small jumps. His bad points are that he's not so good with having his feet picked up and does like to rear although has never done this whilst riding. Would suit somebody with the time to re start his education. Sad sale but we just really do not have the time to put into him. He is very sweet and won competitions when he was two. No time wasters as this really is hard on my daughter who hacks him out. Sad sale and in no rush to sell! Super safe year old gelding. He would be the perfect child's pony club/ all rounder. Shadow is the ideal confidence giver. He is a gem to handle on the ground in or out of the stable, isn't bolshy at all. He loves attention and will stand all day to be brushed and fussed with. Good to travel (trailer or lorry), with farrier (currently barefoot), clip, bath etc. Has lived in for the last few months but is also happy to live out. Will hack out alone or in company and is good to ride in the school. Shadow is good in traffic and in open spaces. Went on his first hunt on Boxing Day where he didn't put a foot wrong and behaved perfectly. Been on a fun ride where again he behaved perfectly. For sale. Sadly I've lost my job and now weaned my mare and foal and can't afford to keep 3. This boy was rescued by my friend and then 2 weeks later I took him on along with another. They were very poor, bad feet, unhandled and only 4 months old. I've worked so hard to make him the pony he is today and I'm very proud of him. 14.3 cob gelding, this pony is a dream to be around, he would be a perfect mother daughter share, my 6 year old daughter rides him and I would also put my nan on him, he hacks alone or in company first last or in the middle, we have to hack down a dual carriage way from our farm over a big bridge and he doesn't bat a eyelid. He's green in the school but that's due to me as I prefer to hack and get youngsters out and about, we have done farm, fun, beach rides and been on holidays.
