These have been used at my daughters wedding this June. I have 19 measuring 8ins - 9 ins across. I have 3 measuring 11 ins - 12 ins across. They are all different thicknesses between a quarter of an inch to one and a half inches. They are all rough cut and have not been treated with anything. I do not know what type of wood they are.
