He has been ridden by experienced riders to being on and off the leadrein for children who have never even sat on a horse. This pony gives you so much confidence when you’re on board, never reared or bucked. Good to hack alone or in company, when in company he will go in front or behind never nappy. Story behind Lulu is that I bought her for my daughter to ride as I was told she was broken, hacked around a housing estate, tied up outside a shop on a main road when they went in....etc. I looked at her at 3.30 and by 7pm she was in my stable as she was in a filthy stable with a scattering of filthy shavings, 2 big 24 hour nets both empty and a shitty water bucket. I couldn't leave her. Once I got her the girl said she had been ridden bareback, traveller style and she won't stand still for you to get on. I am not one for rodeo trick riding so we have just had her as a pet for 6 months. With my shop, kids and the other ponies I have no time for a project pony. She is so loving and once she trusts that you arn't going to whip or beat her she is so attentive. She comes to call from the far side of the field if she knows you have a treat. Perfect stable manners. Never "in your face" when mucking out round her. Very clean pony, poos on one spot. A complete, straight from the field, start from the beginning project. Piebald Cob Gelding 13hh in Huddersfield

Lovely coloured chunky cob gelding 13hh. Plenty of feather and one blue eye. Hacks out alone and in company. Bombproof with cars and motorbikes. Is currently on a farm and is good with tractors, farm machinery, sheep, dogs etc. Not done much schooling as just a happy hacker at the moment. Is broken to drive but I haven't tried. Good to catch, box, travel, mount etc. Barefoot. Up to date with vaccinations and passported. No vices and is too gentle to bite or kick. He's a kick along plod type although he's green due to his age. Would make a fantastic lead rein/childs pony with more experience or now for a confident teenager/lightweight adult. Not a childs pony at the moment as he's young. Would probably benefit from more hacking out in company and alone although he does like to lead. Hacked out by my mum who is 73. Will live out 24/7 or is fine in the stable. Is no problem to turn out with other horses as he's not dominant. The unflappable type. Has kids playing ball and riding toys round him and he's unphased by loud noises. Comes with 2 rugs, bridle, bit and headcollar. Sorry no saddle. I've been working on desensitising him to things like wheelie bins, washing lines, lawn mowers, mowing machines, plastic bags, quads etc so he would benefit from more schooling and just bringing on a bit.
