reduced 8 year old 13hh gsypy cob- ideal hacker or show pony

Becky is a 8 year old gypsy cob with a heart of gold. She will stand all day to be groomed and have attention. Becky is snaffled mouthed at all times and would suit someone who loves hacking as this is what she loves. Becky still has more learning to do in the school but she can walk, trot and canter and has been over trot and canter poles and has popped a small jump in the school and has jumped little logs and branches when our hacking. She has a lovely attitude when being riden and enjoyable to be around on the yard. I do believe becky will suit a novice in the future however her education needs to be brought on further which will bot take long with constant work. I also feel that becky would excel in in hand show and with the right work could go onto do ridden showing and dressage as she is a lovely mover with big trot. This mare hasn't got a bad bone in her body and she is for sale at no fault of her own. Handsome rising 4 year old with brilliant temperament!

'Charlie' currently stands at about 13.3hh and will turn 4 in just under 2 months I've owned this incredible pony since he was weaned and I've known him right from a foal, so he's pretty much always been with me! He is 50% Welsh section D, 25% Gypsy vanner and 25% unknown trotting horse type. Charlie is an extremely inquisitive pony that loves people, he's always at the gate first or with his head out the stable looking around, he's just always interested in everything. I sent Charlie away at the end of last year to be professionally broken in by a professional NH trainer. The youtube video attached is the video compiled by the trainer to show the training process of him and how he progressed. Upon returning from the trainer, he's done very little due to my own complications with my other horses and moving etc. I've recently come to the realization that after 3 years of not riding consistently, I just don't have the confidence or leadership skills to educate and bring on a youngster. Charlie is naturally a very good tempered and sweet horse, but he's green and young and is showing signs of that. He lacks confidence and looks to his handler for support, he is a follower and depends almost entirely on looking to the handler for reassurance and to know how to act. If he receives this support, he thrives and does amazingly, however I know that it's so easy to spoil a young horse and I know that I don't have what it takes to be the leader that he needs. He has so much potential and I would love to see him reach that. Charlie was ridden today for the first time in several months. He bucked initially (which was expected as he wasn't even lunged prior to mounting and it was the first time he'd had a saddle on since being broken in) but after dismounting and then mounting up again and being led around by someone on the ground, he walked calmly and settled into it after just a few minutes. By the end of the 15 minutes, he was relaxed and comfortable.(photo in red saddle pad is from today!) I strongly feel that with further confident handling, he will progress rapidly. Until he finds a new home, I will be paying for an experienced professional to come out and ride him to bring him back into work. Charlie is good with the farrier, good with rugs, loads and travels like a dream and has done so for several hour trailer journeys, he's seen farm machinery, peacocks, pigs, cows, chickens, sheep, dogs etc. Charlie is expected to make no higher than 14.2hh based off his parents. Price listed is for just him, he is available with his tack and rugs at extra cost. The home he goes to is extremely important to me, ultimately I just want what's best for him. Our adorable pony is well schooled, has great paces is easy to ride and is for sale due to being outgrown by my daughter. He has many years left in him and looks amazing. He really is up for anything, he is excellent in the heaviest of traffic including lorries, double deckers, combine harvesters, skip lorries etc. He hacks alone perfectly either by himself or with company, he competes regularly and does well in Working Hunter Classes, Showing, Xcountry, Showjumping, Dressage, Hunter trials, Long Distant rides, ODE and has been attending PC for the last three years including rallies and 4 day camp and area dressage. Currently jumping any height up to 2'6" maximum. Happy to go through water. Happy to be first or last. He will stand tied up to a trailor all day or can be happily left inside a trailor at shows. He always does well at shows and in the ribbons. Happy to be ridden bareback. He is excellent to catch, trim, pulling mane, bath, lunge, load, clip, worm, farrier and is up to date with worming, teeth, vaccinations and back. He does not barge and is happy to be sprayed with flyspray etc. Lives in or out alone or in company with mares or geldings. Happy to be in a stable on straw or shavings. Happy to have dry or wet hay. He has front shoes on every 5-6 weeks to keep his toes short. Has not lost a shoe since we have owned him. Excellent with electric fencing. He does not particularly like his girth being done up but if you speak to him before you do it he is usually fine. Brilliant with sheep chickens dogs etc. He is looking for a confident lightweight adult / child / teenager to enjoy his fun loving, cheeky character. I have also ridden him but I am too heavy. I am 5'6" and easily suits my height as he is a hunter type. His breeding is unknown. He can be a novice ride on the lead rein as my Daughter started off on the lead rein with him but would not suit a total novice off the read rein as he can be a bit cheeky and put in the odd titchy little buck which is easy to sit and not nasty in anyway (he would not do this with an adult or teenager). He is very happy to adapt to the level of any rider. He has been part of our life for 3 years and the previous owner for 10years (we still keep in contact with them). Have loads of photos and videos. I am genuinely an honest person and keep in contact with our last pony that we sold three years ago and would like to do the same with whoever buys our lovely Brambles. He comes with a very good quality snaffle bridle, saddle, rugs etc. He has slight arthritis in his near fore foot but does not normally need any treatment and this does not affect him. He would also be perfect for a mother / daughter share or an adult who wants to have fun hacking and having a go at anything as he can carry up to stone. Ebony has come on in leaps and bounds since I bought her last year and due to needing to downsize she is now for sale. She is rising 4 and a very confident little girl, she has the most loving and affectionate nature. She can still be a bit nervous around her back end, as I was pregnant when I bought her and now have a newborn I just haven't had the time I'd have liked to spend with her. He prev owners said she was backed whilst with them, since I bought her she has been turned away to mature. Tacked up last week for first time with no issues and accepted a rider. She only mounted from block and sat on briefly. Doesn't kick or bite, turned out in a headcollar but never an issue to catch.
