No stable vices. Lives out with mares and geldings. Been used on endurance rides and unaffiliated competitions. Could do with more schooling but has lovely paces and a great jump. We bought this guy as a project beginning of summer. Since then he has enjoyed his time out in the field being a horse. He's now ready to start his ground work. He is a one to one horse and it will take a while for him to trust you. He is very nervous!! I believe with time and patience he can be broken and ridden. Walter is a 14.2hh 6yrs old Appaloosa x New Forest. He has been back in ridden work for the past 6 weeks although he is a little green he is very safe yet a fun ride. Walter is very brave and nothing bothers him, he has a loving temperament and is always willing to learn and please. With nice willing and floaty paces yet a soft mouth this pony will make a fantastic competition pony. He hacks out alone or in company also happy to take lead or wait behind. He has jumped a course of 80cm showjumps and xc fences. He's jumped fillers and water trays without ever refusing.
