He has done XC, SJ, DR, hunted and would excel at mounted games. Dillon loves his work providing it is varied and he has a day off now and again. Despite his size he can jump up to 75cm with ease but would suit a confident child as he can be a little cheeky at times. He is best living on his own but will happily be with other horses or ponies. He is a little character and loves to be groomed and fussed over and will happily stand for hours while he is being bathed!He will go on or off lead rein but, with less experienced riders, would be better on lead rein. This genuine chap (ID X) can do bit of everything He is very easy and good to handle he is used to young children and dogs. He is great to hack alone or in company he is very good in the heaviest of traffic including farm machinery. I have lead my young daughter from him on leidrein and he is fine. He has a super clean scopey jump he is excellent to lunge very responsive to the voice he is good to school in the field he can work in a outline just needs driving forward. He has hunted in Ireland, I haven't had the chance to hunt himself. I have done a couple of sponsored rides on him and he has been very good, he stands tied up in a lorry and trailer very well and he ties outside to both very well to. He is excellent to be shod, clipped, box travels very well in trailer or lorry. He is up to date with flu vacs, teeth and worming. This is a very sad reluctant sale but sadly lack of time/health reasons forces sale as this super chap has so much to give I don't want to see him wasted. I've made the very difficult decision to sell my best friend Pip due to impending work commitments and bigger horse meaning I can no longer give Pip the time and love she deserves. Pip has done XC / SJ clinics, SJ, hunted with South Notts & Quorn and is brilliant to travel in a Lorry/ trailer, on her own and with company with no issues. She will pull up in a group gallop or go for a good race if you ask. Goes first or last. She is 100% to shoe, catch, clip etc. Happily hacks alone and in company. Pip is forward going so would not be suitable for a novice but is a super safe, fun ride. She loves jumping, never stops or pulls out and will go off any stride up to 1.10m. I sometimes ride and jump her bareback just for fun, she stands to volt on and will also happily take two of you on board around. I feel Pip would be best suited to a competent child, teenager / small adult to go out, compete and just have lots of fun on. Lillie has previously showjumped & done cross country, she makes a nice shape over a fence and comfortably jumps 90cm-1m. Would do a smart test with a little bit more schooling or could equally make a lovely local level SHP/WHP or small hunting horse! Safe and sensible, not a plod but needs a bit of leg and can throw the odd small buck but nothing nasty. Bombproof hacking, fine with all traffic. She has also been used in a riding school previously. She can be mareish and a bit moody in her stable when she's got food but nothing uncontrollable; sensible to handle, loads onto a lorry/trailer, clip, farrier etc. Lillie will be a really lovely little horse for someone!! My daughter is a small 13 year old who is available to ride/bring on horses or ponies from 13.2hh-15.2hh. She doesn't mind bucking, rearing, bolting, etc. and will happily ride anything- nothing fazes her. She has broken in and re-schooled several ponies over the years without any trouble. She rides lightly and is very sensitive, she doesn't kick or jab in the mouth and is understanding of nervous horses. She will jump, school, hack etc. and is also able to pony race as she has her level 1, 2 and 3 pony racing which she took at the British Racing School. We are based in Bures, Suffolk but won't travel more than an hour away. £10 per time, negotiable.

13hh, Chestnut New Forest in Bures

Howan Corlan (Jasper) is a 10yr,13hh New Forest gelding. Jasper has previously been successful in Prelim dressage, he has been jumping and produced clear rounds, but lacks confidence in this discipline despite showing ability. He has also autumn hunted once-behaving sensibly and he was used at the British Racing School for pony racing levels 1, 2 and 3. Jasper produces some lovely work on the flat, however he needs a confident rider out hacking. He currently lives out with other ponies, but can be stabled, he is good to load, clip,trim. He is sound and easy to do. Jasper is low mileage and would give a confident, experienced rider a lot of fun. Lack of time forces sale. £ with Barnsby saddle.
