Jackson is a lovely calm, sensible but forward going and responsive ride. He is excellent with the farrier, loads and travels brilliantly. He's 100% in all types of traffic, he regularly hacks along a busy main road and encounters heavy farm machinery frequently. He has been a trail riding horse for the past few years, he excels at this and being out in the hills is something he really loves. Honest and willing boy, spotty gelding. 15.2hh, I have had Jack since he was 3, broke him myself, he is very straighforward and easy going chap. A steady ride, snaffle mouth, doesn't get silly in open spaces, good in traffic, you can chuck a rug over him in the field, happy to stand and be groomed and fussed. Never been shod but fine with farrier. Has been to the beach, and also done a little XC schooling where he hopped over everything, popped a few poles in the school, he is happy to try anything.
