I would say an ideal second pony for the more advanced rider as can be a little green at times nothing stupid just a little bit sharp, however stick him on the lead rain and he turnes in to a dope on a rope!!! hh Bay TB Gelding 10yrs in Doncaster

Very handsome TB gelding, 10 years old, has raced and is ROR eligible. Hacks out in any traffic, never bats an eyelid - I have ridden this horse down an industrial estate and he didn't notice! Will hack alone or with company with no issues. His schooling does need work, he is fabulous in walk and trot, just needs strengthening and balancing to get his canter correct. I have taken him to a few dressage tests and he is always placed. Has a great jump on him and has successfully competed SJ in the past however this has not been my focus with him. He is a truly lovely horse who always tries his best to please, only for sale due to my increasing work commitments following finishing my degree and I am struggling to do justice to two horses. Has been seen to windsuck in his stable, but not frequently and never caused him a problem. He will come with all his tack and rugs.

Home is more important than price! Reiver is a 10 year old Standard bred ex harness racer. He has been in the same home for 5 years now, he is not a novice ride (my mum rides him and she is not a rider, he is very gentle with her), he has been broken in to ride and he has 3 good paces, would make a lovely dressage horse in the right hands. He needs a confident rider to continue his education. He is very patient and willing, He is brilliant on the trot and can fly like the wind. He hacks out alone and is great with other horses. He is an absolute gent when it comes to grooming he will stand for days on end he loves it, loves having his feet done, picks them up when asked. He is great with the farrier and vet super chilled when having his jabs. He is also fab to load and will go walk in and out easily! He is easy to catch 8 times out of 10, food always works though! prefers to live out, but will also go in if needed. All jabs and worming are up to date. He comes with passport and is micro-chipped. He has just had his front shoes on after his winter break. He is still able to drive and is confident in this sphere. Only selling due to not having the ability and facilities to continue his training, other wise we would keep him, it is a waste of a super horse to keep him. My boy is 16.3 (ish), thoroughbred gelding. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, I have been "over-horsed" and he needs someone more confident than myself to take him on. He is an ex - racehorse, retired sound in , and has been retrained. He is quite a strong horse and has a lot of get up go! He is not a novice ride as he does get very excited due to not being worked much lately. I think he would benefit greatly from a new home where he can be used to his potential. I have owned him for a few months after buying him through a friend of a friend. He has very good manners on the ground and is great for the farrier and dentist.
