All balance outstanding payments need to be clear prior to delivery.                                                    Delivery? Delivery lead times are shown in working days Monday to Saturday with in 5 to 20 Days. Once a delivery date has been confirmed, this may change due to unforeseen circumstances, works breakdown, transport breakdown, etc, if you are having your building fitted by an independent company it is advisable to wait until delivery has been carried out before arranging this work. When ordering a building consideration must be given to the access required, any delivery only will be to kerb side only, however if we are fitting the building a minimum of 8’ head clearance may be required for certain buildings to gain access to the base. If access is restricted please let us know before the order. It is the customer responsibility to provide reasonable unobstructed access for the delivery/or fitting to take place. Where this is not the case and access makes it impossible for us to deliver/or fit the building, it will be left at the nearest point to the property for the customer to handle, if the customer requests a return visit this will be subject to an additional and this may increase depending on the distance travelled. Timber is natural material and is subject to climate changes including warping and splitting particulary in extremes of temeprature. 12x8 pent roof garden shed log lap This 10x8 shed is made from 22mm(19mm finish) T&G log lap cladding on all the walls 3x2 frame work(75mm x 50mm) including the roof and floor roofing is 13mm thick and the felt is heavy duty 40kg green mineral felt we don't use any o.s.b or chipboard in any of our shed roofs and floors Flooring we use is also  Tanalised (pressure treated timber) and is 22mm/1" (finished size) thick The whole shed does come pre treated with Tanalith - E even though the shed is fully tanalised we do recommend at least one coat of oil based paint or a varnish of your choice   What i s Tanalith - E (Tanslised/pressure treated) Tanalithe E is enviromentally friendly and has been Proven protection for construction and outdoor timbers. Advanced preservative, based on copper triazole technology Treatment chamber   TANALITH E wood preservative has over 25 years of proven performance around the world protecting wood against insect attack and wood decay in both in and out of ground applications. A unique formulation product based on copper and organic biocides TANALITH E is applied in a controlled, high pressure industrial process and leaves the treated timbers with an initial natural pale green colouration that blends into any outdoor environment. Over time TANALITH E treated timbers slowly weather to a warm honey-brown colour and eventually to a natural silver grey. How the Tanalising process works      Windows & Doors Door and window positions will come as they are in the photo,as we manufacture all our sheds ourselves  we can move doors and windows anywhere on the shed where is most suitable for you,this will be at No Extra Cost We Can also make the door higher, lower or even double doors. Sizes of doors we do are: double doors 6ft high x 5ft wide overall single door either 2ft wide, 30" wide or max 3ft wide by 6ft high           windows are made from 4mm thick glass and are 24 inches wide x 24 inches deep(as in the photo)                                                                                                      SHED BASE, FOUNDATIONS,ACCESS please have a solid base ready prior to delivery and easy access bases can be made from concrete,slabs,eco bases or  timber framed bases,if your making your base from timber them please get in touch before you do because its has to be made a certain way so our floor joist suit and land on yours you would need to have at least 8ft high clearance to get this shed in to your garden Because of insurance purposes our deliverers would not be able to lift sections over a neighbours fence or wall If you have any issues with access into your garden please let us no as there might be something we could do to help       DELIVERIES   Delivery times will differ depending on where you live, so please get in touch for a delivery time before you purchase.
