Tudor 12th Scale Dollshouse

This lovely tudor dolls house, I turned into a pub, shop and restaurant, The pub is called the greyhound, it has a bar complete with bottles, glasses, it also has tables and chairs and has a lovely old fireplace, and comes complete with landlord and landlady and an old man with a beer glass in his hand and a pipe. The shop is a bridal shop which has lots of bridal accessories including undies and a cupboard section at the back which has bottles, bags and boxes etc, it has a glass unit with a jewel selection. And many other items included. The restaurant upstairs has a tudor theme, which includes a fireplace, tables and chairs which has a rose fabric incorporated in it and one wall is done in wood tudor style also includes king henry 8th and some of his wives in framed photos. There is also a kitchen at the end of that floor, and there is a ladies and gents toilets the gents even has a man sitting on the toilet reading a newspaper. The floor above is mainly unfinished so someone has plenty of scope to turn it into what ever they would like. The house has been put together and added tudor effect beams, also some brick work has been added to the bottom, the roof has been partially tiled and some bricks and tiles will be given with it to try and continue what has been done so far. This comes complete with all the furniture so is a real bargain as the house alone cost over £230 flat packed with nothing more than uncovered wood for the beams. Overall size is 103 cms width x 75 cms high x 56 cms depth. It also has lighting in most of the rooms, some bricks and roof tiles are included. 12th scale dolls house made of MDF. Approx 41 inches high, 21 deep (including the street piece), 20 wide. Includes the contents seen in the photo, and the dust! Needs a little bit of work This was my mum's, so it's a wrench to sell it, but I just don't have the space to keep it and it is quite heavy for me to move. I prefer room-boxes these days! It was ready assembled when she got it and was pre-wired for lighting with copper tape, but my mum never got it to work. Maybe a fellow enthusiast can bring it to life.
