121cm (LHC) 8 year old chestnut gelding, Welsh Section A. Trimmed and presented as a ong>SHPong> but would also do M & M classes. Lovely pony with the sweetest temperament and super manners. He really looks after his little rider/handler and is only ever kind and genuine. Used mainly as a lead rein pony for my daughter but he is just as happy off the lead. Sadly my daughter is showing little to no interest so I have made the sad decision to put the pony up for sale. Although we have never jumped him, his previous owners said that he has a lovely pop and therefore with a more able child would be a great cradle stakes pony. Stunning tweed jacket and skirt by Frimble of Ripon, used as lead rein show hunter pony and M&M outfit and always commented on inside and outside the ring! Understated and VERY smart which is what it should be not bling bling! Size the tweed skirt is plain moss and the jacket has a deep red and rust check. Looks lovely with a red velvet band added to a tweed hat. Loathe to part with it but my lead rein days are truly over! See my other showing items.....

Top Class SHP / WHP or M & M Lead Rein Pony 12 hh

Beautiful, flashy palomino, gelding ong>12hhong>, registered section A called Steephill Carruthers. Although only 5 years old, we have had 2 very successful showing seasons with him both in hand & ridden on the lead rein. He has won numerous classes and championships including Aberystwyth and Ceredigion County and Brecon County. Carl always holds his own even against the professionals. We do a range of classes from M & M, section A, palomino, coloured to straight lead rein. We have also had some fun with him winning show jumping and gymkhana. He is a brilliant athletic jumper, so would easily win working hunters too. We have never hunted or hacked him, simply because it doesn't interest us. I am not selling him as a FYFR, because of his age & the need for few more miles on the clock in my opinion, but he does go nicely off the LR & hops into canter on the correct leg, so would suit a competent child off the lead rein, who enjoys competing and winning. Good on the ground and in the stable. Carl is reallly friendly pony and comes cantering in when you call him. He loves attention and will stand all day for pampering. Its with sad regret I am having to put our beautiful pony Honey up for sale. She has just turned 5 in August, she has been amazing in the 2 years we have had her, she is such a character I think she thinks she is a dog. Loves owners attention, always there to great you at the gate. Is stabled in day at the moment and out at night. She is up to date with jabs just had teeth done and great with farrier. She wears a muzzle in summer to keep weight off and is really good wearing it. Honey loves to be pampered and likes treats. She is great in traffic any thing she is unsure of does a little trot past (usually loud dirt bikes) but cars, bikes and tractors fine. She likes dogs. She has just started being riden of lead and is really good will stand, walk and trots on some times. She is all command at the moment, stand, walk on, trot, etc. she has very mild sweet itch in summer but better without a rug I believe. She is very much loved and will be very much missed.
