I have not yet had a single viewing!!! Meg our 13 year old Dartmoor mare is now hopelessly outgrown (as you can see) by my 13 year old daughter so we have made the decision to sell. Would excel in games/hunting. She is a little star and has taught my daughter so much, will go on lead or ideal 2nd pony for younger child or 1st for confident 8+, she is a honest pony and taught my daughter to canter and was completely safe. Does not buck/rear/etc, isn't spooky and is brave. Excellent in traffic, catch, farrier, load, loves to be fussed. Currently barefoot but has previously when in daily work had front shoes on due to gravel tracks on our hacking routes. Happy living in or out rugged, the right home more important than price for this special pony, would love to stay in contact. Does suffer from sweetitch in summer but controlled with a rug. Came off the moors with foal at foot about 4yrs ago and hasnt been passported yet which is why I'm not asking for much. 12hh Dartmoor dun lead rein pony

Its with sad regret I am having to put our beautiful pony Honey up for sale. She has just turned 5 in August, she has been amazing in the 2 years we have had her, she is such a character I think she thinks she is a dog. Loves owners attention, always there to great you at the gate. Is stabled in day at the moment and out at night. She is up to date with jabs just had teeth done and great with farrier. She wears a muzzle in summer to keep weight off and is really good wearing it. Honey loves to be pampered and likes treats. She is great in traffic any thing she is unsure of does a little trot past (usually loud dirt bikes) but cars, bikes and tractors fine. She likes dogs. She has just started being riden of lead and is really good will stand, walk and trots on some times. She is all command at the moment, stand, walk on, trot, etc. she has very mild sweet itch in summer but better without a rug I believe. She is very much loved and will be very much missed. Reluctantly for sale as children have lost interest, held on to her as she is such a kind fun pony but I have an impending knee op so I myself will be out of action and she really needs a job.
