Registered Dartmoor 11.2hh 8 years old. I bought this pony as a First pony for my 6 year old Daughter but unfortunately he is not suitable as a first pony. He would be more suited to an older, confident rider. He came from a home where he was ridden by 2 older children. He would be suitable for lead rein as he is happy to follow the leader. For sale: Rising 4 year old Project pony. We have come to the devastating decision to sell our beloved pony as she is sadly just too much for my teenage daughter to take on alone with limited experience and time. This is a heartbreaking sale as we have had her since birth so a 5* home is very special. Tilly is rising 4 year old Welsh cross mare who stands around 12.2Hh. Over the last 6 months she has come very far with her backing work and proving to be eager. However we have come to the realisation that she is just too big of a commitment for my teenage daughter. We feel that she could go very far and has huge potential she just needs someone who can give her the time and dedication she deserves. Tilly has been backed briefly and has had full tack on. She stands to be groomed and is used to having her saddle taken on and off. She's done some brief road work but not a lot of it. Also due to not having a school we haven't really been able to do a lot of ground work with her(lunging etc) please be warned, Tilly can be very head strong and is still very baby like when it comes to being handled, this may include her to occasionally lash out and rear up or spin on the spot when being handled on a lead rope. because of this she needs an experienced teenager/adult who can stand there ground with her and put her in her place. Beautiful 4 year old 13.1hh Welsh cob gelding. Really lovely chap, good with the farrier. Has been bitted, lunged and walked out in traffic and nothing fazes him. Will make a fabulous show pony or pony club pony as he is very flashy. Only for sale as we have no jokey for him and he is totally wasted sat in a field. Heartbreaking decision but here I have my Connemara boy for sale as a project pony sold from field, for no folt of his own, he is 14.2hh and is 6 years old in may this year. He is broken, he has hacked out alone and in company, can be a little nervous with new people, but beautiful when he gains your trust and very loving. Cali is for sale as I really don't have the time for her to do her any justice as I have three other ponies and i am also pregnant. Cali has a huge jump and this is why we bought her, she has jumped 1m30! Being young willow hasn't done too much apart from hacking confidently around the lanes, and needs work on manners. She needs to be ridden frequently to get rid of most of her energy and she will stand to be groomed by young children and adults.
