We did a few shows on the leadrein at the end of last season and he was an absolute star but my son wants to go on his own and is just not confident enough at the minute to be able to show off the leadrein on Taz, I feel Taz would suit a confident older first ridden, Junior/open rider or do the lead rein classes, he also has a good jump and has the potential to be a really nice Working Hunter. 13hh Dartmoor pony in Northampton

I am looking for a home for our 13hh 16yo Dartmoor pony, ideally I'd like him to go as a companion only altho he can be ridden but is NOT by any means a child's pony at all! He's very sensitive to balance and is strong. One of my friends has ridden him on the odd occasions but she is a small adult and a very quiet rider and she has had no problems with him at all. He's good to catch, handled by children good to groom with farrier stables or lives out happily on own or with company, doesn't mind being left on own while u go for a ride. He has the most loving nature loves a fuss and kisses and cuddles. Lives on fresh air never had laminitis. He's not getting any attention with us due to my other 2 and a 10 month old baby. Homes will be vetted. Homes within a reasonable distance from Northampton.

Dartmoor filly Pony in Truro

Aurora is a lovely pony who has been a member of our family for around 7 years. She was ridden quite a lot by my children approximately 3-4 years ago but not since then. I would say it would be best to train her from the beginning. She is very sweet and puppy like. Likes to follow you around. She is easy to catch and halter - usually extremely tranquil. I have laid down and sunbathed with her - leaning on her and then picked out her feet whilst she continues to enjoy the sunbathe and star treatment! As we will be leaving our smallholding there will be no where for her to live. This is a very regrettable sale, of a lovely pony who has been like a member of our family. A very good home is required. My barefoot farrier considers her to be the perfect pony for say a confident 12 year old wanting the priceless experience of training a pony - as I did as a child.
