8 Year old CHAPS Registered project mare FOR SALE in

The lovely Chloe is offered for sale as a project to an experienced 5* home only. 8 year old approx 14hands CHAPS registered mare. Chloe came to us in May where it became apparent that she was a pacer. She was also previously a welfare case and had been locked in her stable for 12 months with her foal. She was rescued approx a year ago. Due to this she can understandably be a bit weary of new people however she settled in relatively quickly despite this. She is good to catch, happily lives in or out, good for the farrier, and generally a lovely little mare. She can be a bit spooky at times when leading to and from field. She has undergone a lot of ground work and is now working under saddle nicely. Occasionally if she becomes unbalanced she will revert to pacing for a few strides however this is getting less and less each session. She lunges nicely off of voice commands. She needs to go to someone who knows what they are doing and will be able to continue to work with her. She can take 5-10 minutes to settle in the school but works nicely after this. She has a lovely soft mouth and responds nicely to the seat. She has just started doing some canter work undersaddle but is still quite unbalanced although 100% willing to please and give it a go. She has seen some small cross poles but jumping does not seem to be her forte. She has hacked in company where she was forward but spooky at times. Chloe really needs a experienced home who are willing to put the time and effort in with her and not rush her. This home also needs to be quiet and loving not somewhere that will use brute force to get results. She would suit a natural horsemanship home, with someone who will understand her needs. She is a lovely little project for someone and have no doubts that she will make a lovely riding pony for someone. Has not bucked, reared or bolted while with us. Snaffle mouthed. Stunning 12.2 mare for sale

Stunning mare for sale, this pony has been in my life 11 years and now it's come to the time that I now need to sell her. She has done a lot since being with me like hunting, fun rides and I've never had a problem. She loves her jumping and hacking out. She is good as gold to have her feet done, she is currently bare foot at the moment but she's had shoes on in the past and we've never had a problem with them, she's good to clip but can get a little moody if she's stood around for too long, the only problem is that she's not the best to load, she can be a bit temperamental with that but other than that she is perfect, I've learnt a lot on this pony, she is 16 years old but she's certainly got a lot of life left in her, she's just a cheeky mare, she can throw in a little buck but nothing dangerous, she's perfect in all traffic, not bothered by tractors or anything like that, she's had young children on her, the only other thing is that she can be a little bargey on the ground, she loves being fussed and pampered, she's not great malt being on the lead rein but she will do as she's done it with my little sister but I think she would be better for someone who is ready to move on from a kick along to something a bit more forward going, this is a very sad sale so please no time wasters and 5*home only, if you want anymore information feel free to message me.
