16hh, 12 year old Thoroughbred Mare FOR SALE

Tammy (Motherwell) is a 16hh thoroughbred mare. She is 12 years old and seeking a loving new home. She was previously an ex race horse for several years, she wasnt very fast so then had two foals. I have had Tammy for 3 years now and taught her the basics. She loves hacking out with or without company. Can school at 3 paces. Plastic bags or grates on the ground can be a little scary at times so she would not be suitable for a novice ride- all ex racehorses have there moments but hers are very few and far between. She would suit a very relaxed lifestyle and is happy to be ridden everyday or once a month- she rides exactly the same. Tammy is superb to deal with in and out of the stable. Good to do with the vet, boxing, farrier, dentist- shes a very chilled out horse. I'm having to put my gorgeous grey year old pure ID mare by star kingdom up for sale due to not having enough time that she deserves due to having 2 young ones and job commitments. She has got a wonderful affectionate temperment, no vices, she has got the potential to go far with a very teachable attitude.
