Tent is in excellent condition and is less than 12 months old. It has only been used 3 times. There are a few mud marks on the tent which can be easily wiped off. There are no tears or rips in the tent. Only reason for sale is that it is to big for our family of 4. This would be ideal for a larger family or for groups for Festival goers. The tent is sturdy when pitched and remains stable even in high winds. The entrance is your sunroof. With an awning for barbecues or just sitting down to relax. Offering enough space for luggage, a grill, food supplies, etc, etc, etc. The front side of the tent with the entrance (on the map as thin gray line) can easily be moved forward.
