It is 39" wide and " deep and " high. The building comprises a Double Fronted Wedding Shop on the ground floor with display counters, display units, Changing Room, and stock including hand made reel gold and silver Jewellery, Wedding Dresses, under garments and other accessories. 2 Staff and 2 Customers. The first floor has a workroom with cutting table, sewing machine, sewing accessories. display and storage units complete with a stock of Hat and dress boxes plus bolts of cloth. Plus 1 staff member and 1 customer. Also on this floor is the kitchen diner fitted out with a full set of kitchen cupboards, sink unit, cooker, and partially stocked Fridge-freezer along with a dining table and chairs. The 2nd floor has a sitting room with 3 piece suite, 2 coffee table a side table and 2 display cabinets containing china plates etc. Also in here there is a mantle clock in a glass dome and a working standard lamp.
