Pro Action Nevada 5 Frame Tent

Very spacious tent, with separate bedroom area with built in ground sheet. Bedroom has optional divider- to make two rooms. 5 man tent, but with divider would be suited to 4. Separate ground sheet for living area. 2 side doors and the main door area, this can be unzipped and moved to make smaller living area and an area that would be open. Tent is in good condition, has only been used once, and been in storage since. It has a couple of imperfections- one of the hooks to hold the bedroom section has broken, this doesn't affect the use and could be fixed and the is a small hole in the ground sheet- would not affect use. Both of these imperfections can be seen on photos. The tent would benefit from a wipe down. I have put the tent up this evening to check it over, hence the rough pictures. Includes all the poles, and spare poles and pegs, and additional storm enforced pegs. The two front poles have spikes at the end. No instructions included unfortunately as they aren't in the bag but it is quite straight forward to put up. Comes in original bag. Any questions please ask. Collection Godalming. Outwell Nevada MP 5 man tent. Comes with Canopy, footprint and carpet. I've had the tent 3 years and it has been used twice a year for family holidays. The tent has no leaks or tears and has always been dried stored. It does have a stain on the front which is shown in the pictures. All in all the tent is excellent condition and is a great family tent, the only reason I'm selling is I'm getting a inflatable tent and down sizing.
